Are you having problem while installing optional features in Windows 10 from Settings>Apps & Features>Optional Features. For Better understanding check the image below.
Let's Begin !
step-1 : click on the network icon which is placed in your taskbar at bottom-right corner.
step-2 : Now, find out the network with which you have connected and click on its properties.
step-3 : Now turn off "Set as metered connection".
step-4 : Now, those optional features can be installed.
