Are you having problem while installing optional features in Windows 10 from Settings>Apps & Features>Optional Features. For Better understanding check the image below. Let's Begin ! step-1 : click on the network icon which is placed in your taskbar at bottom-right corner.     step-2 : Now, find out the network with which you have connected and click on its properties. step-3 : Now turn off  "Set as metered connection". step-4 : Now, those optional features can be installed.  

First of all, Here we are talking about the folder of your user which can be found in "C:\Users" folder. So if you want to change that folder's name then you just can't simply Right click on it and rename it. You will have to follow certain procedure to do this. Note: If you are not a pro at using computer then just do as directed because here we are going to make changes in registry of computer so a little mistake can be harmful to your computer.
